Yes. Service covers the full City of Toronto — downtown core, midtown, east end, west end, and areas bordering North York and Etobicoke. There is no zone boundary within Toronto itself.

Yes. The majority of Toronto bookings are condos, but freehold detached, semis, townhouses, and coach houses are all handled. Pricing is based on square footage, not property type.
No. Toronto is a core service area. There is no travel surcharge for any location within the City of Toronto.
