Final files are delivered through a private online gallery. You receive organized downloads for high-resolution files, MLS-ready exports, and video deliverables based on your package. Gallery access stays active for up to 1 year or until the listing is closed.

Standard delivery is within 12–24 hours for photography. Standard Video is delivered within 12–36 hours. Signature Video within 4–5 days due to the heavier post-production workflow.

Yes. If there are priority features or must-have angles, share them before the shoot and they will be built into your capture plan.

Most shoots proceed as scheduled, especially when timelines are tight. Interiors are typically unaffected, and exterior strategy is adjusted as needed. If major weather makes a full shoot impractical, options are reviewed with you before finalizing the plan.

Not necessarily. Provided property access is available, the shoot runs fully independently. The property is secured on exit and communication is kept clear throughout.

Each package includes a structured review process. Photos include one round of objective corrections. Standard Video includes one consolidated revision round. Signature Video includes two structured revision rounds. Additional scope beyond included rounds is quoted before proceeding.

Lumina retains copyright to all delivered media. Your booking includes usage rights to market the property for the life of the listing. If a builder, stager, designer, or another third party would like to use the media beyond that, separate licensing can be arranged.
